1. Gambaran Keseluruhan

Warkah Digital terutamanya menyediakan barangan dan perkhidmatan digital, termasuk kad jemputan kahwin digital. Disebabkan sifat barangan digital yang tidak boleh dipulangkan, kami mengamalkan polisi bayaran balik yang ketat bagi melindungi perniagaan kami.

1. General Overview

Warkah Digital primarily provides digital goods and services, including digital wedding invitations and related software as a service (SaaS). Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we have a strict refund policy to protect our business from abuse.

2. Barangan Digital & Langganan

Semua pembelian untuk jemputan digital, langganan sistem, tambah nilai kredit, dan templat adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dikembalikan setelah item digital diakses atau diterbitkan. Dengan melengkapkan pembelian, anda faham dan bersetuju bahawa anda melepaskan sebarang hak untuk menuntut bayaran balik.

2. Digital Goods & Subscriptions

All purchases for digital invitations, software subscriptions, credit top-ups, and one-time templates are final and non-refundable once the digital item has been downloaded, published, or accessed. By completing the process, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund.

3. Pengecualian

Bayaran balik hanya akan dipertimbangkan di bawah keadaan yang sangat luar biasa berikut, sepenuhnya di atas budi bicara pengurusan Warkah Digital:

  • Transaksi berganda yang berpunca sepenuhnya daripada ralat sistem pembayaran kami.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptionally rare circumstances, entirely at the discretion of Warkah Digital management:

  • Duplicate transactions caused strictly by our payment gateway error.
  • Complete failure of system delivery resulting in the inability to access your digital goods entirely, which our technical team cannot resolve within 72 hours.

4. Penyalahgunaan & Pertikaian (Chargebacks)

Sebarang cubaan menyalahgunakan atau mempertikaikan caj yang sah menerusi bank (Chargeback) akan mengakibatkan penamatan akaun serta-merta, penggantungan semua pautan anda, dan larangan kekal dari platform kami. Kami proaktif menyerahkan bukti log digital kepada institusi kewangan untuk menentang pertikaian palsu.

4. Abuse & Chargebacks

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or unfairly dispute legitimate charges via your bank or credit card (Chargebacks) will result in immediate termination of your account, suspension of all your published links, and a permanent ban from our platform. We will supply all necessary digital logs to your financial institution to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

5. How to Request Assistance

If you believe you have experienced a billing error, please contact our support team at support@warkahdigital.com within 3 days of the transaction for investigation.
